The plain color side of pads is on top to the skin, the printed side is on back, to the panties. If pads are applied on wrong side, you will notice leakage and lack of absorption.
Avoid piercing the waterproof layer, or it would start to leak.

Care/Wash Instructions:
Avoid hand washing and fabric softeners
1. Store used cloth on a dry place before washing.
2. Rinse before wash in cold water as hot will lock in any blood stains.
3. Wash in the machine at max 105°F (40°C).
4. Dry flat.
